- Standards followed: (ZN 2353H, ZN 2981A,EN 10242 R,ZN 385, ISO 8434-1,ZN 4234), Mostly Ermeto Type fittings.
- Material Used: SS304, SS316, EN8-D, Duplex S2205, Super Duplex, 1.4401, 1.4571, MS, Aluminium, A4, A2.
- Processes Done: Machining, Plating, Press Parts, Thread rolling, Press fit assembly, drilling, Boring, Turning.
- We have a TEST RIG, to verify leakage proof under the pressure conditions.
- All fittings go through complete failure mode testing to verify rigidity and operational clarity.
- Thanks to this design, the tube connections can be assembled and disassembled in the easiest way.
- Our fittings have found special space where space is limited.
- We have specially developed compression ferrules, Tube Stub, Reduction compression ferrules to have rigid holding and compact metal to metal sealing.
